Do I need prior roofing experience?

For "Experienced Roofer" positions, yes. However, for our Apprentice and Laborer roles, no experience is necessary. We have a comprehensive training program to teach you the trade from the ground up.

Do you provide tools and equipment?

We provide all major safety gear (harnesses, ropes), power tools, and ladders. You will need to provide your own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, pouch) and work boots.

Yes! While roofing is weather-dependent, we work year-round in Seattle. We have protocols for winter work and plenty of maintenance/repair jobs to keep crews busy during the rainy season.

Our standard shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. During the busy summer season, overtime and some Saturday work may be available/required.
